A native of New Mexico, Sarah brings a dynamic expertise in transactional real estate to Flagstaff. During three years with Fennemore Craig, P.C. in Phoenix, she specialized in commercial development and retail leasing, including purchase and sales, division of property, and drafting CC&R. Her scientific background in geology prepared her for previous work as an environmental consultant, conducting environmental site assessments, groundwater testing, and soil testing. In 2007 she co-authored "Ground Leases on Native American Lands" for the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business.
