Carson T. H. Emmons is a native Arizonan raised in Phoenix. Mr. Emmons joined the law firm of Aspey, Watkins & Diesel, P.L.L.C. in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Emmons authored an article that appeared in the Arizona State Law Journal and taught constitutional law to high school students. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts in Arizona. His practice areas include collections, landlord/tenant, and civil litigation. Mr. Emmons is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona and the Coconino County Bar Association.
