If you were convicted of a crime at the trial level, there are two primary ways to challenge the result. The first is by exercising your right to appellate review. The second is a Rule 32 Post-Conviction Relief proceeding. Generally, if your case was decided by a trial, then you have the ability to challenge the disposition on appeal.
