Attorney Harold L. Watkins is a founding member of ASPEY, WATKINS & DIESEL, PLLC, and he remains of counsel to the firm. His practice has been in the area of complex civil and commercial litigation. He has been named as counsel in several class action matters of regional and statewide significance. Mr.Watkins also has been involved in the prosecution of numerous matters arising from operation of cities and towns throughout the State of Arizona. He served as an appointed member to the first City Council after the 1988 incorporation of the City of Sedona and helped guide the city to its first elected council.
